The lower entrance parts may come in early 2006. The south/west side of Highway 40(Granite
road and Marble Rd) have service. DSL can go up to 3 miles from each access point but
the way the fiber optic is installed may mean some areas will
not get it even if they are near highway 40.
Polecreek Fairways
The Polecreek Fairways

subdivision call me for a telephone number check.

The Silver Creek area above the Inn
at Silver Creekis served at this time will be put in service between Dec 9 and Jan 9 2006.

Highway 34 between County
Road 41 up to Columbine Lake were put in service between Nov
11 and December 12 2005. This includes Soda Springs, the pumping
plant area, up into Wild Acres, the golf course road and parts
of Columbine lake. DSL can go up to 3 miles from each access
point but the way the
fiber optic is installed may mean some areas will not get it
even if they are near highway 34.
Rest of Grand County
Is NOT served at this time.
I have been told that eventually all Population centers will
be served. Now that Qwest has committed to DSL in the county,
I believe this is true. But only areas that can serve over 100
lines from a single telephone box will be served.
